| I told the other guy (not Edwin) that I have a life time warranty for the tire rotation at Firestone on Jefferson. So if you do not rotate the tires free of charge, let me know. After I paid my bill, I noticed the tire rotation charge, I told Edwin, he said he'd credit it next time I come in for service. |

| When I called to make my appointment I was told my oil change would take 45 minutes. However the actual time was an hour and a half. Also I was not notified when the service was complete. |

| telling me i need my transmission serviced....I had it serviced on 1/20/11...what a joke...state of CA says you can not tell by the color of the fluid and also i looked at the fluid and its clean and light and you said dark and dirty...fing scammers...plus the quote to replace the gaskets was outrageous. |
